Made for your order

Estimated dispatch in 2–3 weeks from your order date. Delivery transit time is additional.

This is a pre-order. Payment is taken at checkout. Your order is prepared before dispatch; the estimate is a dispatch window, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Your delivery

Check your delivery address before paying. You will receive an order confirmation and a dispatch update when your order is fulfilled. If your dispatch estimate changes, we will contact you with an update.

Cancellations & returns

You can contact us to cancel before dispatch. For online orders, you can normally tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, then return them within a further 14 days. Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods are unaffected.

Please contact us before returning anything so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return postage. We refund standard outbound delivery when you cancel the whole order, subject to your statutory rights. We may make a permitted deduction for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
